The Kinder Minds Project supports emotional wellbeing across the lifespan, helping children, teenagers, and adults build the skills they need to understand themselves, communicate clearly, and navigate life with confidence. We believe emotional intelligence, regulation, and interpersonal awareness are essential tools for success.

We work with primary learners to build emotional literacy, with secondary students to deepen emotional maturity, and with adults to manage workplace demands, relationships, and everyday challenges. For schools and workplaces, we offer group sessions, webinars, and awareness training that support inclusivity, neurodivergent understanding, and healthier communication .

At Kinder Minds, our goal is simple: to create kinder, more capable communities, one conversation, one skill, and one person at a time.

What We Offer
Transform your approaches with tailored interventions designed to help you achieve your personal and professional or organsiational goals effectively.

Workshops
Interactive, hands‑on learning for every age group. Our small‑group workshops build emotional intelligence, insight, and confidence through practical activities, guided discussion, and real‑world strategies. Every session is designed to be engaging, accessible, and genuinely useful, whether delivered in schools or online for adults.

Primary Workshops (In Person)
Playful, structured activities help younger learners develop emotional literacy, self‑regulation, and early interpersonal skills. Children learn to recognise feelings, communicate clearly, and understand their strengths in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Secondary Workshops (In Person)
These sessions deepen emotional insight, resilience, and social awareness. Through interactive tasks and guided reflection, teens explore how their brains work, how to manage overwhelm, and how to advocate for their needs at school and beyond.

Adult Workshops (Online)
Focused on emotional literacy, neurodivergent insight, and practical communication skills, these workshops support adults in navigating workplace and life challenges with confidence. Participants learn to identify needs, use strengths effectively, and build advocacy skills that improve wellbeing and performance.

Coaching
Coaching For Adults
Experience flexible coaching from the comfort of your home. Online sessions fit smoothly around your schedule, making support easy to access and tailored to your lifestyle.

At Kinder Minds, coaching is a structured, collaborative exploration. Sessions offer a safe, focused space for meaningful conversation, helping you move from where you are to where you want to be, guided entirely by your personal goals.

Coaching does not give advice. Instead, you’ll build insight, develop practical strategies, and strengthen a toolkit that helps you become a more skilled, confident version of yourself. Progress relies on accountability, reflection, and your commitment to growth.

Fortnightly sessions are typically recommended, with most coaching journeys lasting between 6 and 12 sessions. Every journey is personalised to ensure the pace, structure, and focus match your needs.

Coaching for Children
Coaching designed specially for children is currently in development at Kinder Minds.

Organisations
Webinars (Online)
Our live webinars are tailored to each audience, supporting pupils and teachers in schools, or guiding managers and employees in the workplace.
Sessions usually run for around one hour, with dedicated time for questions and discussion.Topics include emotional literacy, understanding neurodivergent brain types, and practical approaches to wellbeing.
Each webinar is designed to build insight, strengthen inclusion, and provide clear, accessible strategies that can be applied immediately.

A recording can be added as an optional extra, giving attendees continued access to the content after the session.

Consultancy & Support
We work with schools and organisations to design emotionally supportive environments, inclusive practices, and wellbeing strategies that actually work in real life. Consultancy can include programme development, staff training, policy guidance, and long‑term support.

About The Founder

Kinder Minds was created with one clear purpose: to make emotional wellbeing easier to understand, easier to access, and easier to build — no matter your age, background, or starting point. We believe everyone deserves the chance to feel capable, confident, and understood, and that emotional skills should be taught with kindness, not judgement.
At the centre of Kinder Minds is Hannah Hind (BSc, MSc) , a coach with years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and helping people strengthen their emotional foundations in ways that genuinely work for real life. Hannah’s approach is calm, practical, and deeply human. She meets people where they are, without assumptions or pressure, and helps them move forward with clarity and confidence.

A grounded, person‑centred approach
Wellbeing sits at the heart of everything meaningful. When we don’t feel well within ourselves, it becomes harder to learn, connect, work, or thrive. Kinder Minds exists to change that, through support that is structured, collaborative, and tailored to each person or organisation.

Support across the lifespan
-
Early Intervention: Helping school‑aged children and teenagers build emotional literacy, self‑understanding, and resilience before challenges become overwhelming.
-
Adult Support: Guiding individuals through workplace demands, life transitions, and everyday stress with practical tools that strengthen confidence and communication.
-
Organisational Impact: Delivering webinars, workshops, and consultancy that help schools and workplaces become more inclusive, emotionally aware, and supportive of neurodivergent individuals.

A commitment to growth
Hannah is dedicated to ongoing professional development, continually expanding her training in psychology, coaching, neurodivergence, and wellbeing. This commitment ensures Kinder Minds offers support that is informed, ethical, and grounded in best practice, while still feeling warm, accessible, and easy to engage with.
